I enjoyed my stay and the amazing full English breakfast was a real highlight, while being just a 10-minute stroll from the charming Cliffe Park made it easy to take in some lovely greenery during my walks around the area.

The atmosphere at this hotel is charming, with a warm conservatory and friendly service. Breakfast was lovely, although the budget room was a bit too small for us. The decor feels nostalgic, but the floors show their age. Looking forward to seeing it with a new chef soon.

Welcoming host and delightful breakfast experience
I had a lovely one-night stay recently with a fantastic host who surprised us with free petit fours at the bar. The charming old-school decor added a unique touch, and the breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden was a delightful start to the day. The only downside was that the budget room felt a bit cramped.

The Budget Double Room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. It felt a bit cramped, but overall it was cozy. The decor is charming and adds character. You can really tell they celebrate their history here.
